I was simplifying a very complicated subject. You can’t go wrong by drinking zeroalcohol, realizing that minimal drinking (< 2 drinks/day) is less harmful to health than more.
May I add that I have devoured all of your novels and the memoir and. I may be your biggest fan: a 90 yr old descendant of Russian (Dubrovka, Ukraine now) Jewish emigres who settled in Canada in 1904.
